In recognition of the competition that exists within and among the tire industry, all Dealers, Dealer related pricing information and any other confidential proprietary information provided by our associates to A to Z TIRE, shall be utilized solely by A to Z and consumer's utilizing ATOZTIRE.COM to obtain a quote for tires and/or service and shall not be disclosed to any third party under any circumstances.

The Site contains links to other web sites. A to Z Tire is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other web sites.

All financial and billing information that we collect through the website is used solely to bill for the tires, installation, road hazard insurance or shipping handling and delivery charges.

The A to Z TIRE name, the A to Z logo, and the product names associated with this service are trademarks of A to Z TIRE or third parties, and no right or license is granted to use them in any fashion.

Anyone under the age of eighteen is required get permission from their parents and or legal guardian before sending any information about themselves (such as their names, addresses, email, and phone numbers) over the Internet, to us or to anyone else.
